40mg Regorafenib Tablet is prescribed for treating metastatic colorectal cancer and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. It comprises regorafenib as active compound having chemical formula C21H15ClF4N4O3 with a molecular weight of 482.82 g/mol. This medicine serves as a multi-kinase inhibitor and targets oncogenic receptor tyrosine kinase. It is highly effective in nature and shows no adverse effects if consumed under prescription. 40mg Regorafenib Tablet has the good protein binding ability of about 99.3% with bioavailability range of 69 to 83%. It is metabolized in the liver with the help of UGT-1A9 and has elimination half-life of 20 to 30 hours.
